About
Coolmatters are a small to mid sized company working out of Ealing, W London.

Mr. David Razavi founded the Company in 1997 and started his profession as a service engineer for Carters Refrigeration Ltd. Cool Matters initial step into the market consisted of servicing and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. In 2000 the company's skills were expanded into the area of cold room development and because of 'word of mouth' this division of Cool Matters now has the biggest revenue for the Company. Currently around 55% of our work is cold room related, of which, around 60% is obtained via referral of existing customers.

What are the clients requirements?

In this case Coolmatters had no website at all so this was to be a fresh start on the web.

          - who the target market is?
          - what the website should deliver?
          - what information will be presented and how?
          - server hosting requirements?
          - identity and other graphic or illustrative needs?
          - how the website be updated and maintained?

"You can fix it now on the drafting board with an eraser or you can fix it later on the construction site with a sledge hammer." (Frank Lloyd Wright)
