Brief and Objectives
Anyvisa is an established provider to individuals and corporate / agencies of visa services, serving the world and based in London, UK. Specialising in providing a broad service for visa applications, a new focus on the Internet applications ( visa services website and tracking order website ) is needed:
- To generate new business through calls to action from the website
- To raise brand awareness of Anyvisa and our services
- To be a source of information to clients, potential clients and travel agents
- To enable updates to the website to be done in-house
- To increase unique visitors to the website through effective search engine optimization.
The following assumptions have been made about Anyvisa’s target market:
- 40 / 60 Male / Female ratio
- Age range 18+ years
The applications will feature the following:
- Graphic designs themed for Drupal x 2 , visa services and tracking system
- To generate new business through calls to action from the website
- Auto SEO-URL pages which will provide an automated benefi t with regard to search engine placement when adding / editing new pages
- Meta and Alt tagging for SEO and accessibility purposes
- Homepage
- Unlimited ( design dependant ) pages ( up to 3rd level menus )
- Dependency driven display of visa requirement information
- Contacts form with subject selection
- Embassies and Consulates directory
- Visa application tracking system, on ( separate server ) where individuals, corporate and individual will see all applications made by them, by logging in. Displaying fi elds typically which are ( sortable list where applicable ) are Name, Account Number, Visa Reference, Destination Country, Passport Number, Status and Comments.
- The Anyvisa tracking system will use an email address to import a CSV file encoded in UTF-8. A scheduled CRON session ( every 30mins ) will retrieve ( encrypted ) CSV file ( including Password field ) and populate tracking system database if visa applicants progress.
The site will follow and develop the branding as adopted by AnyVisa. The aim will be to create an impression of a professional and capable business.
